INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup of gluten-free, quick-cook oats
1 cup of organic, whole raw almonds
¼ cup of maple syrup
2 Tbsp. of Olive Your Heart®, (lemon)
2 Tbsp. of raw cacao powder
Pinch of sea salt
DIRECTIONS
Place almonds in a food processor for 1-2 minutes until coarsely ground.
Remove almonds and place them in a large bowl.
Add oats, raw cacao powder, and salt to bowl and mix thoroughly.
In a small dish, stir together Olive Your Heart®, lemon flavor and maple syrup.
Add Olive Your Heart® mixture to dry ingredients and combine.
Using cookie scoop, scoop out 1.5-tablespoon portions of batter into hand.
Squeeze and shape into round cocoa bites. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
