INGREDIENTS
1 cup of fresh basil leaves
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 red pepper, diced (optional)
2 Tbsp. of Carlson
Olive Your Heart®
,natural flavor
1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp. of pine nuts (optional: toasted)
1/4 tsp. of sea salt
DIRECTIONS
Optional: lightly toast pine nuts in dry pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned and fragrance slightly detected.
Combine all ingredients in blender and puree to desired consistency.
Optional: Add red pepper for garnish before serving.
