INGREDIENTS
2 cups of vine ripened tomatoes, chopped
2 Tbsp. of red onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. of Serrano chili peppers, minced
1/4 cup of cilantro, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup of lime juice 2 tsp. of Carlson
Med Omega
, lemon-lime flavor
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together.
Let sit for 30 minutes to blend flavors.
Be careful when mincing chili peppers (they're hot!)
For a milder salsa, use jalapeño pepper, and for very mild salsa, use green bell pepper.
