INGREDIENTS
4 oz. of Gorgonzola cheese
2 Tbsp. of Carlson
The Very Finest Fish Oil
, lemon flavor
1 Tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 small yellow squash, chopped
1/2 zucchini, chopped
1 tsp. of garlic, chopped
1/2 small red onion, chopped
2 oz. of grape tomatoes 1 French baguette
Balsamic vinegar to taste
DIRECTIONS
Slice French baguette into 12 pieces, and toast.
Mix Gorgonzola cheese, olive oil, Carlson
The Very Finest Fish Oil
, lemon flavor, and garlic together until creamy.
Spread on bread.
Chop each tomato into 4 pieces.
Chop zucchini, squash, and onion into the same size, tiny pieces.
Mix vegetables, and place a spoonful on top of each bread piece.
Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the top.
