1 lb. fresh green beans, stems removed, cooked until just tender
¼ cup Carlson
Olive Your Heart®
, lemon flavor
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 cup scallions, sliced
½ cup dried cranberries
¼ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black ground pepper
¼ cup sliced almonds, toasted
DIRECTIONS
Add Carlson
Olive Your Heart®
, lemon flavor, soy sauce, and scallions to large sauté pan over low heat.
Cook and stir 1-2 minutes.
Add pre-cooked green beans, cranberries, salt, and pepper; cook and stir 1-2 minutes longer.
Remove from heat. Stir in almonds and serve.
