1/3 cup of tahini
1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. + 1 Tbsp. reserved of Carlson

1 tsp. of fresh garlic, pressed or minced
1/4 cup + 1 tsp. of fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. of salt
1/8 tsp. of paprika (optional for garnish)
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to a food processor, and pulse to desired consistency.
