​INGREDIENTS
  • 1 15.5-oz can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 cup of tahini
  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. + 1 Tbsp. reserved of Carlson Olive Your Heart®, lemon flavor
  • 1 tsp. of fresh garlic, pressed or minced
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tsp. of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. of salt
  • 1/8 tsp. of paprika (optional for garnish)

DIRECTIONS
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor, and pulse to desired consistency.
  2. Drizzle 1 Tbsp. of Carlson Olive Your Heart® - lemon flavor, and sprinkle paprika before serving.
