INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Delicata Squash, cut in half long-ways and de-seeded
  • ​1 tsp. Olive Your Heart®, natural flavor
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • Salt, to taste
  • Cayenne pepper, to taste
​DIRECTIONS
  1. Steam Delicata Squash face down for 10 minutes.
  2. It's done when you can pierce the flesh with a fork.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and cayenne pepper, to taste.
  4. Drizzle with Olive Your Heart®, natural flavor and maple syrup.
