1,600 mg Omega-3s per Serving

​INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup of cranberry-raspberry juice 
• 1/2 banana, peeled
• 6 ice cubes
• 1 Tbsp. of Carlson Hi-Fiber
• 2 tsp. of Carlson The Very Finest Fish Oil, lemon flavor
• Optional Garnish: Pineapple.

DIRECTIONS

1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2. Mix until smooth.  
3. Enjoy.
